Bundl is a platform that helps hosts in Singapore manage group buys. We provide tools for order collection, payment tracking, and fulfilment management. Bundl does not sell any products.
2. Your Information
We collect the account and contact information needed to provide our service, process orders, and improve Bundl. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Payments are made directly between buyers and hosts through the chosen payment method. Bundl does not collect, hold, or process these payments.
4. Host and Buyer Responsibilities
Hosts must provide accurate information and fulfil orders as stated. Buyers must provide accurate details and make payment to the host when required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bundl lawfully and not to submit fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or transactions between users.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
