Contact the host as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to the host’s approval and may no longer be possible once the order has been placed with the retailer.

This only applies to group buys with 'Share Shipping', which is shown before you join. The retailer’s shipping fee to the host is split among participating buyers, so the final amount can only be confirmed after the group buy closes. The maximum amount you may need to pay will always be shown before you join.

Timelines vary by group buy and depend on when the host places your order and the retailer’s processing and shipping times. The host will update your order status on Bundl accordingly. If there is a delay, check the retailer’s estimated timeline before contacting the host.

Contact the host as soon as possible. Any changes to your delivery address, meetup arrangement, or fulfilment method are subject to the host’s approval and may incur additional fees.

If the issue was due to the host’s mistake, they should arrange an appropriate exchange or refund. If they fail to resolve an issue they are responsible for, contact enquiries@bundl.sg and we may take action against their account where appropriate. If the issue was caused by the retailer, ask the host whether they can request an exchange or refund on your behalf.

Check your Bundl order page first, as the host may have provided updates there. If there has been no update for an extended period and you cannot reach them, contact enquiries@bundl.sg. Bundl does not hold payments made to hosts and cannot recover funds if a host becomes unresponsive. However, we may permanently suspend their account where appropriate. If you believe you have been scammed, contact your payment provider and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
